You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the form, content, accuracy and completeness of any resume or material shared with KCS.In the event any information submitted by you is known to be false, inaccurate or incomplete, you shall be liable to consequences as per the policy of KCS and KCS further reserves the right to pursue all other remedies against you at your own costs and expenses, as may be available under applicable law in respect of the same. You agree and undertake to indemnify and keep KCS indemnified and hold harmless with respect to any and all losses arising on account of any false, incorrect or incomplete information being provided to KCS by you. By submitting your resume and details to KCS, you agree and provide your upfront consent for such details to be used, stored, processed and shared by KCS internally on a need to know basis for evaluating your candidature for the required position and further organizational needs of KCS. You further agree and provide your unconditional consent for KCS to share your details as may be required from time to time with its representatives, associates, business partners and customers of KCS for operational requirements. You agree that you do not have any objection in respect of aforementioned disclosures and waive all your rights against KCS or any of the persons aforementioned with regard to the details submitted by you to us. Subject to the foregoing, KCS agrees and undertakes that all the information submitted by you shall be kept confidential. KCS reserves the right to modify its privacy policy at any time and such modification would be intimated to you as and when done.
